Re: Spare Change

I use the hole where the select terrain knob should be (base laredo) but then I'm sure you don't have that.

Re: Spare Change

I have to admit that my first thought when I started reading this thread was, "Change/coins? What's that?" I don't even carry those in my pocket anymore. That said, I can see that it would be useful for folks who do carry them to have a convenient and safely accessible place to do so.

Re: Spare Change

I hear you but in Brooklyn NY if you want to park you need quarters for the meter.
That trough in the center console is PERFECT. Didn't realize that was for change. More than enough room to hold my parking meter change.

Re: Spare Change

I just use of of these - nice small size, holds a ton of change, and doesn't open. I put it in the middle armrest storage but could also put it in the front middle console where that little access door is (where ash trays would have pulled out).

Re: Spare Change

Must be a lot of laredo drivers here. Why would anyone need a place for change? Is there such thing as anything less than a $5 bill?

LOL just kidding guys...I actually keep mine in the flip up bin under the air con.

Re: Spare Change

I live in an area with a lot of meters as well, and bought one of these little guys for about $2 from Container Store (if you don't have one locally, its a organizational type store, large chain, i'm sure you can order online). Holds about a $10 roll of quarters. Keeps things nice and organized.
