Splash Guards on 2012 Overland

I am eagerly awaiting delivery of my 2012 GC Overland, and went to my dealer to finalize the paperwork, etc. While there I asked to have the MOPAR Splash Guards (front and rear) installed before I picked it up. The rep looked up the guards in his MOPAR catalog and told me that they were not designed for the Overland, and were listed as "late availability". Can anyone confirm this or is my dealer rep mistaken?
Thanks.

I will definatley be getting them when my jeep comes in. It's amazing how well they protect the side of your vehicle. Whether it be slop or stones. My 07 Tacoma has some massively low ones but I can drive on slightly wet roads with a spotless truck and get where I'm going pretty clean. On the jeeps they blend in with the blaCk plastic down low anyway IMHO.

Thanks to everyone for their input. I know that some like the splash guards and some do not. My point is that I like them, and want them on my Overland. My question is about my dealer information - does MOPAR say their GC splash guards are NOT for the Overland, or is my dealer wrong or has old information. Thanks.

They fit the overland, same set. The overland body is no different then any of the other models, ie limited, x package etc. They won't fit the srt8 however.

I just got a set as well from one of the supporting vendors here. After I opened the box, I held them in place as a test fit and they seem to fit pretty good. The pictures they use in the instructions are hilarious and seem to be confusing, but looking at the hardware once you hold flap in place seems pretty easy. I think they look good.
