I dunno man, that Alacantara suede stuff may not hold up to your lubing yourself and rolling all over the interiors.

it pulls .90 G's on the skid pad...so I would guess it would be awesome

Re: SRT8 Monster Engine, Monster-ugly Styling

count me in on the list of guys that would have easily paid up for the big motor in an overland.

as much as i love performance, i really don't see the viability of the jeep SRT8. if you can't use it as a utility vehicle then why wouldn't you get a 300 or a Charger SRT8? they are very roomy and have better performance with all the same parts. i could have convinced my wife to drive the overland with the big motor but not the SRT.

and no, i don't think an overland would flip with 465hp. it's not that much incremental power in my opinion.

That's a pretty impressive number for an SUV. With that said, the most important thing in skid pad ratings is the tires.

It's pretty amazing what modern engineering is doing to make some of these big heavy vehicles perform like sports cars. Consider the dual Frankenstein monsters: the BMW X5 M and X6 M. You'd swear they are repealing the laws of physics.

I wouldn't say wood trim is for old people, I'd say it's for people who like traditional luxury, maybe most of those people are old....but anyway, I'm young!!!! And I love the wood trim. Does 33 count as young or old? I'm confused!!!

I'd say you're young with a super-sweet ride. Congrats!

I don't really think that. I'm 37. I think the wood is very nice and the Overland is very nice and would be happy to own one or the SRT8.

you are speaking greek in the WK2 forum moose. you need to talk about what nav comes in the SRT8 or if it has a rear flashlight
