Yeah, there are girls cars, SW posted a link to the list of most popular girls cars. Turns out I drive a girls car too. It took me all of today to get over it.

Ps, how long did you spend looking online for that picture? More or less time than the Viagra link?
Actually I Googled "girly boat" and all that came up were pictures of girls in bikinis on boats. So after I looked at those for 2 or 3 hours I Googled "pink boat" and this came right up LOL

Re: Still can't decide: Overland or BMW X3

Yes the BMW X3 is a chick car...more so than the Jeep GC.

You'd have to at least step up to the X5 to shake off some of the estrogen...that and increase your dosage of AndroGel.

I should have worded the post differently, I should've said it looks more feminine than its big bro the x5. I doubt that would've upset some of these folks as much. But I totally agree with you.

Did you say yikes? Snicker. That's a girly word. Haha. I'm joking, kind of.. And laughing at my own jokes. Let me stop.

What I really wanted to ask you about is this, 3 hours looking at a google search? Since you are a Viagra aficionado maybe you know if anyone makes a pill for Internet addiction. Just wondering, but don't spend all day on the Internet searching or anything.

And sorry about your skins. Maybe they'll beat Green Bay next week. (Now you know I'm joking)

Take it easy guy.

The spouse likes the Jeep, but I'm still not sure I can drive an SUV every single day. Our other vehicle is a Toyota Sienna. I love the 535xi, but just can't justify the money.

The X3 is almost as fast as my 335xi, but more comfortable and practical. The Overland is nice and soft and can go places the BMW fears to even look at, but I still fear quality and long term reliability as well as the lack of sportiness & ability to effortlessly pass the doddering. Wouldn't have either without a warranty of sorts.

Sorry for the rambling. Looking to see if others faced a similar decision & if they're happy.
This is a question nobody on this site would ever think to ask.

No pill, but I hear they are opening an inpatient rehab program for internet addiction...so there's hope for me yet!

Just like me to ask something weird. You see, I like both trucks AND fast German cars. That's why I'm sticking with a 335xi for me and now encouraging the wife to get a JGC Overland. Much as I like the Overland, for day to day use it is ponderous. I've gotten used to 0-60 in 4.7 or so, making even the Hemi seem lethargic.

Re: Still can't decide: Overland or BMW X3

The X3 3.0L Turbodiesel is a beast. Plus, you can chip it for more power quite easily. It may be smaller and more posh but don't discount it.

Then there's the Audi SQ5 twin turbodiesel Small and pricey but whoah is it an absolute monster...for a diesel. (More torque than the SRT by the way.)

I was about to get out of my SRT purchase and seriously considered the SQ5...especially when you compare the fuel economy. I'm keeping the SRT and don't think my boss is going to like the fuel bill of my SRT too much.

Because you are interested in the SRT, you are obviously not into off-roading. In that case, you are better off with one of the posh mummy school busses. It will keep the boss happy

Re: Still can't decide: Overland or BMW X3

Not quite. The boss is actually the guy I work for who gave me a fuel card as part of my package.

I'm wise enough to know that if I bought a 4x4 I would rarely take it off road and want more power on road. I'm sure you've all read the threads. Solution SRT.
