Summit - 2 months and 1,000 miles later...

...and really loving this new GC for sure. I remember the big jump from the WJ to the WK was huge (even though the interior was a bit cheap)...but the jump from the WK to the WK2 is much much much bigger and much better.

I can definitely say this is a great vehicle and will continue to sell very well. The new features and improved interior really make this Grand Cherokee GRAND again....good job Jeep!

I'm at 4,500 miles on mySummit... so far so good. a few minor issues (such as the "take me home" not remembering my home) and the A/C fan variation, i love the jeep... it's a keeper

Re: Summit - 2 months and 1,000 miles later...

Hey Dan, how are you bud? Only 1000 miles? I got more than twice that on mine. Several trips to Palm Springs and one trip to Las Vegas helped. I am still crazy in love with my RB Summit as well.

@ Kaflyboy, same problem with the NAV home! It has forgotten it three times now. I hope there will be some firmware update to fix that bug. I think it forgot a saved address or two as well. But I haven't really taken time to save a bunch of addresses yet.

Re: Summit - 2 months and 1,000 miles later...

There is another thread on here about the 730 not remembering home.... i was getting ready to do a write up yesterday so i tested the "take me home" and it said home was not programmed yet. i know for sure i did this over 3 times.

so i programmed home and tested it several times today and even last night. so far so good.
