This is actually not the case, the wheels are similar in that they are both 5 spoke 20" rims, but they are definitely different rims. The shape of the spokes is totally different.

Re: Summit wheels on a Overland? pics?

They are definitely not the same wheels. The wheels on the Challenger/Charger have more rounded spokes and are a greater offset.

We all may be talking about two different styles.

Re: Summit wheels on a Overland? pics?

I'm talking about the 20" wheels that come on the Overland. Theres only one style.

These:

These are the wheels that come on the Charger. I assume you are talking about the wheels in the top right corner. Those wheels are not the same wheels as the Overland 20s, the spoke shape is different, the windows are wider and at a smaller angle to the spoke faces:

A closeup of those wheels:

Re: Summit wheels on a Overland? pics?

They are close in that they are both 5 spoke 20" wheels...but you said the wheels were just reused wheels from the Charger/Challenger and we've proven here that is incorrect. They are specifically designed for and only used on the Jeep.

Actually I never said anything of the sort. I like the Summit wheels just fine and think they look great on the Summit or the Overland. I don't like them any more or less than the Overland wheels...so I wouldn't go to the trouble of switching them. I just posted to correct your incorrect statement.

Re: Summit wheels on a Overland? pics?

I have a summit. The black version of the wheels looks really good. I'm upgrading to 22" because they no longer match my car but I'm trying to find a wheel that has the same design in the aftermarket. Anybody have any ideas? Anybody want my summit wheels w/ tires 3k miles?

Re: Summit wheels on a Overland? pics?

Yea they look sick black. Not a fan of the silver/chrome.

Thinking about getting my overland wheels powdercoated.

Pics or it didn't happen

Very curious how this looks.

Not sure how to invert the pic...
I test drove an overland with 18" and did not notice much difference than teh 20" summit ride/handling. However, this has been the best upgrade I could have done. The truck drives and handles so much better with these 18" and the Bridgestones. Better in dry and rain. Corners better and is more predictable. This is comparing to the stock 20" and forterras. I also think it looks better. Maybe I am old school but 20" just do not belong on a truck (just my opinion so no panties in a bunch please). Glad I switched.
