Does the Covercraft come in a bogus leather case?
Any Covercraft logos on a real covercraft?
I have that protrim one, with case but I don't see any logos anywhere on it.

Fast forward to the WK2. Now have the windshield tinted and a roll up sunshade from a vendor my hubs deals with. Fits perfect and has been super easy to use for almost 3 years now.
Roll up sunshade?
Got any vendor info for it?

No. It is labeled: UVS100 Custom Sunscreen.
I was surprised that there was no case. There may be a case from another vendor charging a higher price. Our Subaru shade, which is also oddly like the Covercraft, has a "genuine imitation leather" cover. I tried several things and ended up with a short double sided Velcro strip with a release tab from Home Depot to keep it together when I throw it into the back of the Jeep.

Re: Sun Shade

One more addition that goes hand in hand. +1 on the Weathertech reflector. Does great, fits great. Include the side windowsill deflectors, then crack your windows just a bit. Can't see it under the deflectors and makes a whole hell of a lot of difference! I'm in FL. We have hot as hell sun this far south. Do this religiously, it will extend life of many things in your Jeep.

I have a Valentine1 mounted to the mirror bracket and the folding shades don't fit. I've used this type with other vehicles and just picked one up for the GC. Works great, but not as "tidy" looking. The material is thin and flexible enough to fit over the detector. Folds up and fits in the passenger back of the seat net when not in use. Under $10 at WalMart. I can't remember if mine is the Large or X Large for the GC, but they have a size guide on the packaging that seems to be accurate.

Interesting. I have a Valentine1 on a mirror bracket mount on my 2014 Summit and the covercraft shade works perfectly.

Re: Sun Shade

I live in South FL and the sun / heat are brutal. One year ago I purchased a Protrim folding windshield sunshade off Amazon. It has held up great and really makes a difference in the interior temperature. Very easy to fold up and when not in use I usually put it on the floor behind the back seats. I also have the weathertech window vents so I can keep my windows open a bit without having to worry about rain getting inside.
