Really, you're just describing building a Faraday cage for the fob. Because the fob is operating at 433 MHz or lower then anything that blocks RFID or a cell signal should work just fine.
Since you mentioned the cosmetic aspect, I'm guessing something like this
would work. Using the signal-blocking principles of the Faraday cage to solve this problem is a sound application of physics, but YMMV in terms of whether the manufacturers actually deliver a functionally constructed product. I saw reviews for other products that indicated that some RFID blocking pouches/wallets/purses... don't (e.g. Pacsafe).
