It stinks for the exact points I already made. Up until 2013 you can have an Overland equipped with every possible feature available on the Grand Cherokee and the Summit was more or less the same thing with some cosmetic changes. Now in 2013 apparently you have to get the Summit to get every possible feature and the Summit package is a decent chunk of change more. Come to think of it there are a few items in the 2013 Summit that I guess are not available on the what used to be top of the line Overland. Those are power telescopic steering column, front park assist, headlamp washers, power folding mirrors. It's not a horrible thing as I would consider buying a Summit, but now you have to look even beyond the Overland to get all the bells and whistles. I wonder if this will continue into the 14's. if that's the case then if I get a Jeep down the road it looks like its gonna have to be a Summit because I want it all
