I don't think I would go there. I have towed my #5700 travel trailer around 6000 miles of it's 14,600 mile life. I am comfortable at this weight but personally,would not exceed #6000.
Could the eco handle it, probably but you will exceed your tongue weigh, which should be 10-13% of your trailer weight. The limit is #720. Not the best thing for a unibody vehicle.
I don't have the quadralift but have a WDH. Don't know how long the TT is that your looking at, mine is about 25 foot.
Because of the fairly short wheel base of the JGC, going more than 27ft would be in my opinion, pushing the limits on safety.
If you don't do a lot of mountains and hills, which I deal with every time I tow, you could go to the max. weight limit. I just wouldn't go there.
In case of an accident, you could have liability issues exceeding the towing capacity.
