Hi all. I have ordered a 14 few weeks back and some of you may remember that I complained my dealer and salesperson forgot to add the order before the allocation window closed in April, when it was ordered by me 1 week prior. I lost at least 3 weeks right there. Well, I was just telling my Dad I found a new coupon being a Real Estate agent and will show the salesperson. He asked if I had a contract and I said no. I have a build sheet with his hand written price, trade in value and tint, with his signature.

My question to you all is when you ordered your 14, were you given anything aside from a single piece of paper named a POC, priced order confirmation? This is all I have. While I am not at all worried about my vehicle arriving, my Dad thinks it was a half assed contract by the salesperson. Just wondering what you all have. Maybe I am wrong, and this is exactly what I should have, etc. Thanks!!

Its not really a contract when you order a vehicle. So all you are going to get is the order confirmation and you can back out anytime you want although you might lose whatever deposit you gave. Any coupons or new rebates that come out before the final purchase you should be able to use. You just want to make sure that they used your name when they put in the order so Chrysler knows its a customer order. This moves it to the top of the priority list otherwise it just goes in as a dealer order and can take longer.

I'm not sure what being a real estate agent has to do with anything. But, Chrysler has a very good price protection policy. Any promotion that becomes available prior to taking delivery can be applied to your ordered vehicle. Your price will not go up. You should have gotten a VON (vehicle order number) which will show in the Chrysler VOTS system. You should also be able to get a printed copy of the order from your dealer. I actually walked out the door with mine the day I ordered.

Well I'm glad he did what he was supposed too. Yes my name is there on the vots when looking at the status. T answer the above question... The national association of realtors provides a discount and service contracts with Chrysler for those licensed so that us what it has to do with.

Does this apply to the Memorial Day $500 incentive that is going on right now? My dealer told me that seeing as how I won't be accepting delivery prior to it's expiration on 31MAY, that I can't use that offer. Should I call his BS on that? Hell I don't even know who I would go to to complain.
