Re: Tiny little tear on my saddle

Speaking of the Overland's ventilated seats... today I was out running errands and when I came back to get in one time I noticed a bump in the seating surface as if the material was loose and puckered up. I smoothed it over and when I did it felt a bit "crinkly" for lack of a better word. It also felt disconcertingly thin. I'm going to be watching it closely for signs of wear due to normal every day use, let alone gouges from pens.

How can I get the pen mark off so it looks like a pen had nothing to do with this, then attempt to have warranty fix it. Its very minor but my Jeep is 2 weeks old and shouldn't have this mark. UGH
I agree with navy, this is pretty ridiculous.
