Funny, I took my 2011 grand Cherokee limited in for not starting. I got it back today and the TIPM was replaced as well as two recall problems ,brake booster and the sun visor wiring issue. I have a Max Care warranty so it was $150.00 out of pocket expense. I will call my service advisor to make him aware of the possibility of a recall. Thank God I didn't lose power on the highway. Scared stuff.
How did they arrive at a $150.00 deductible on your max care warrantee?
There should have been no deductible for the two safety recalls and now that the 2011 WK2 P54 TIPM recall had been announced you should be eligible for reimbursement from Chrysler on any expense incurred to fix that issue as well!
