They better get their S%@# together soon or they are going to have some disgruntled buyers for a very good vehicle.
Get used to it. This is now Fiat, after all.

Re: Tough time waiting for my Overland

I'm in the same boat as Skip. Ordered 7/7, then built and sent to storage. Nobody can say why. It's really poor on Chrysler's part.

Re: Tough time waiting for my Overland

I ordered mine in August and the dealer told me up front that I probably wouldn't see it until November. I was fine with that because my TJ is still treating me well. Then I discovered this website and found out that my Overland was scheduled to be built at the end of Sept. I was pretty excited, but of course, we all now how these things turn out. And now, I'm on track for a delivery of around the beginning of November, right where I started!

So I'm not saying I don't like all of this great info, but this whole process would have been a lot easier on me if I was otherwise unaware!

Re: Tough time waiting for my Overland

My Overland just arrived in NJ, finishing it's train ride.

It's only 71 miles away from me. I feel like going to pick it up myself!

I sure hope they truck it to the dealership asap

Re: Tough time waiting for my Overland

Same boat. Ordered my Overland (Black on Black,V6) on Aug 14. Currently in D1 Status for the last 3 weeks. Jeep keeps telling me that it's ready to proceed and at the front of the line for production. Initially a ship date on September 27, now it's on October 13. Doubt it will get here before November. I should have just waited and checked around other dealers instead of having my hands tied.

With that said, I still can't wait to get my new Jeep.

Re: Tough time waiting for my Overland

Ordered my Overland on July 20, 2010. Waited, and waited. It was finally built on September 28th. Now it has been sitting at this auto depot just outside Philadelphia for almost a week. On one hand, major frustration... on the other, major excitement!

Blackberry Overland with V6, 730n, 20" wheels, eng block heater... and I added chrome fog light bezels, illuminated door sills, slush mats.

Re: Tough time waiting for my Overland

With those other items that you've ordered, you may want to consider the bright pedals that are similar to the SRT8's.

Yeah, the wife doesn't like them... so it is a no go with the pedals. Haha...
