Re: Traded my 2014 GC

Tried to make a video using my iPhone so you can get an idea of the noise level in the cabin and decide for yourself. First 20secs is me revving the car, about the 2 minute mark is where I get to the open road. At around 4 minutes I put the AC on as I was getting a little warm.

You would likely not be able to notice the difference in person and certainly not by some video posted online. Maybe a measuring device would be able to, but typically things like ANC or different types of glass is like the difference between 300hp and 315hp. I have had other vehicles with ANC and unless you specifically knew it was there you would have no idea it existed compared to the same vehicle without it. Sure all those things add up to make a nice and quiet cabin, but there are just too many variables when it comes to driving a car.
No matter which way you look at it, any WK2 is a very quiet driving vehicle. I remember when the original WK's came out in 2005, the quiet interior and all the sound deadening was a much talked about and advertised thing.

I remember taking a test ride in the redesigned 2005 WK. I didn't notice it being any quieter inside than my 2000 WJ Limited V8. I did like the new for 2005. 5.7 Hemi, but boy, that interior was hideous. Ugly design and it just looked cheap.
