how many PSI does this build up to? Doesn't seem too safe to have a compressed air tank hanging underneath the car....

haha. The kit I installed would build up to 150 psi then hold

This isn't going to explode like shooting a propane bbq tank would.

With regard to some comments on this thread on horns mounted in front of the radiator inhibiting air flow : I would not be nervous about that as the surface area being blocked is minimal. If you do a installation of horns and this bugs, you there are many other alternative mounting locations such as behind passenger side headlight etc.

Re: Train Horn Install - Anyone??

Hi again,

Cooling is not an issue, like tuned8e said, the area blocked is minimal, I already tried it in slow traffic, going fast at more than 100 miles per hour, and there is absolutely no increase in temperature.
I tried blowing the horn at both speeds also...everything works well.
So if you want one I would just say : go for it !.

Re: Train Horn Install - Anyone??

I have installed mine in an 2014 SRT. Hardest part was the trumpets in the front. Getting the bumper off and fitting them. The SRT has lots of room under the rear diff to fit the tank. It's all protected and sits well. I think the other Jeeps are totally different underneath to the SRT
