Had the same exact thing happen to me this past spring. Insurance covered it under comprehensive due to being act of God. Over $4000.00 in damage to my front end and hood. Skid plates saved my undercarrage as I ran over the tree.

I agree with everyone's sentiment that it could have been a lot worse. It was intense to say the least.

Glad Noone got hurt and 8th can be fixed.

Can you please share the dashcam info? Something like this can really help a lot of people, especially when dealing with insurance.

It's a LukasHD Ace dash cam. I like it, but don't think I can recommend it due to it being on the huge side.
