There are several fuse locations specified as "Spare", but Chrysler apparently figured that we would all immediately go out and populate them. Mine are all empty.

Re: Tried to replace a blown fuse yet?

Hooked up my utility trailer...snap crackle pop and no lights. Turn signals and brake lights still work, but no running/parking lights. I've never had a problem with this in the past.

Hooked the trailer up to my Nissan and they work fine.

In the Jeep's defense there was some snow/moisture on the plug and it was dark so I might not have hit the hole perfectly square...and I had the truck running with the lights on. But I've had similar shenanigans with the same trailer in the same conditions and never had an issue before.

Guess the search for a fuse is on....Like you, I have spots for spares in the box but they are empty.

Re: Tried to replace a blown fuse yet?

I think my issue is with the trailer. It is a new enclosed cargo type and I think it has some sharp edges along the interior wire runs. My 5 year old open utility trailer still works fine with the Jeep.

Taking the trailer back to the dealer where I bought it in the morning.

Re: Tried to replace a blown fuse yet?

No love at Autozone or Advance.

The dealer is ordering the 20a I need (and a spare) and a few other sizes for me to keep as spares - should have them tomorrow.

Re: Tried to replace a blown fuse yet?

Just a heads up guys, the JGC uses the MICRO2 Fuses, which are different to the MICRO and MINI fuses that are easily available. MICRO2's seem to be tough to get from most auto shops and dealers.
