Better check your lemon law statute. If the problem is not a safety issue in some states, they may not have to buy it back, Jeep lawyers may have figured that it drives and you are not in danger of accident. What they hate most is publicity so find someone that knows how to set up a website and get it seen on google and then post everything they have done including copies of service orders and quotes from their responses and positions. Remember only truth and opinion to stay out of trouble. Tell the public not to buy a Jeep because of their refusal to fix known problem and refusal to buy back. If they perceive a loss in vehicle sales, they may pay you to take your site down and buy your car back. Good Luck.

Or they may sic their lawyers on you. I doubt putting up a website will do you any good, and may open you up to more problems.

+1 on this. In my experience there is a fine line between a righteously upset customer and a venomous one. Every time you go to a company and ask them to fix a problem there is a little equation that happens (cost to correct the issue/future business*good or bad PR). Even if it is unconscious, even the sales girl at the local shop makes this decision. Once they decide that you will never be happy no matter what they do, or are an outright adversary that all changes. Especially when lawyers get involved.

My advice would be to continue talking to dealerships and FCA star people. Be polite, for the most part customer service people get yelled at all day. Being the one nice person they talk to might garner you a little extra consideration. Emphasize how much you love the vehicle with the exclusion of this one issue, that will help reinforce to the decision maker that the cost to the company will be made up over time in repeat business.
