So I wake up today, and the first thing I do is turn on my phone. I get an e-mail that I'm invited to the Destination Grand event, June 26th and the 27th. So I log on and follow the directions to register. I enter the provided 5 digit registration number, and guess what. When you hit the register button, a pop up says the registration number must be 6 digits.
So I guess they really don't want anyone one at this event.
what are TALKING about when you say "typical chrysler" I thought this was going to be a thread about oil burning engines or something that chrysler has been known to do for years... " Damn chrysler, they've been sending out online registrations with missing digits in the registration codes for years..." wtf
Here is an update... No answer, just a update. (I removed all names to protect the guilty)
My email:
Hi XXXX,
I read this comment this morning. Do you know any of the details?

Seems like Chrysler sometimes uses a 0 (zero) in front of their part numbers online, but it is not contained in the actual part number; maybe it's something like that?
Update Update....... I got a follow up e-mail from Chrysler with a corrected registration code. Basically it was the same code that I already had with a 0 in front. Now a pop up says "invalid code"
