Is anyone else having problems with the apps actually working? I can see the icons but I get a connection error when I try and use any of the apps.
Make sure you:
1. Have logged in to Owner Connect Via Mobile Profile
and setup all the apps.
2. Have your phone connected to a data network.
3. Have the phone properly paired to the Jeep.
4. Have the Uconnect app installed and the "Via Mobile" feature is ticked (you should see a "Via Mobile" button on the app and a blue light on the button when paired).
