If you use Bluetooth than you make a digital connection so quality should not be an issue. You can use switches on the back of steering wheel to move to next track w/o messing around with phone/radio.

I just backspaced a long reply. Folks here may want to read up on bluetooth and learn about just how compressed as data stream it is, the different protocals and their effect on sound quality, the factors that the device streaming the audio can have, etc. I think you might be surprised.

Agree. I loved sirius when it came out but the sound quality is in the crapper. I don't even listen to it now while it's free.

How about if you connect via USB? Honestly all the road noise will probably drown down any imperfections that BT has. If not road noise than 1 year old kid in the back seat definitly! At least for me.
