Re: What are you towing?

I'm towing a 2012 Heartland Edge M21 travel trailer behind my Hemi powered WK2. We dragged it about 4000 miles on our last road trip with no issues at all. It tows nice and easy behind the WK2.

Re: What are you towing?

JerseyGT.... I recommend a Hitch-Vise as seen here..... http://www.hitchrider.com/nowobble.htm I have been using this on my 2005 Infiniti for years, and now have one for the Jeep. Works great at eliminating the wobble in the hitch receiver (and all the clanging noise!).

I got the HT-3. A little $$, but no more rattles etc.

I tow 4 dirtbikes and noticed this also. My Crown Vic before this was nice and snug, the Jeep is loose and makes a lot of noise. One wrap with duct tape make the noises go away and it fits perfect now.

Re: What are you towing?

Rented a tent trailer this past weekend, about 3000lbs loaded, and had brakes. I'm only V6, had a little trouble on large hills, had to manually downshift to 2nd, 4250 rpm was about the sweet spot. Averaged 13.5 l/100 kms (17.4 mpg), was pretty pleased with that.

Other than the hills, thought it handled it great
