Re: What car are you dumping to make room for your WK2?

2004 Audi A4. I loved that car for the handling and it was a little tank in the snow, but the repair bills started to add up. I also wanted to get into something a little bigger for some road trips and higher off of the ground, as I live in CO. The Audi had the lowered sport suspension and different fascias / side skirts, so I was way too low to the ground.

I'm loving the Jeep so far.

Wow, very nice vehicle. Did it have the Performance Pack (w/ LSD)? I really like the new coupes. Great engine and soundtrack. Did you go with an SRT8 or standard Jeep? You may have posted this somewhere. Sorry if you are repeating it.

It didn't have the performance package, but with 450bhp it didn't really matter. That car had insane power!!!! I purchased the jeep for my wife but when the benz lease was up she didn't want the jeep any more, Had I known I would have gotten the srt8. This is just an overland, but I've made some mods to make it a bit more aggressive.

Re: What car are you dumping to make room for your WK2?

I had a 1999 Jeep Cherokee I bought on Ebay in 2005. I loved it and planned to drive it until the wheels fell off. I got rearended by a d-knuckle in a dodge 1500 who lied about having insurance. My Jeep was totaled, and the WK2 was the next logical step.

Re: What car are you dumping to make room for your WK2?

I've recently sold my 2008 Ford Territory Ghia turbo.
Fantastic AWD car. This was my second one, first was NA.
Stock was close enough to 300hp, mine had just over 400hp with a few tweeks....

Loved it, but the fuel bill was starting to get to me, especially since I drove it using all 400hp....

Also trying to sell this currently.
2006 Volvo XC90 V8..

Dumped my '04 Chevy Colorado Crew cab, Z71, all leather and power. I loved that truck, but was ready to move onto my first Jeep, a '11 Grand Cherokee in Brilliant Crystal Black!
