Wow you really are doing an Upgrade. Congrats

Re: What car are you dumping to make room for your WK2?

I was always a German buyer, really. I had a 2002 BMW X5 4.4i, then a 2003 330xi 5-speed, then a 2007 335i coupe (first one in my state). After the 335i spent the majority of its time in the shop, I got a 2007 MINI Cooper S hardtop. After that, having been raised in an Audi family (dad has an A8, my brother has an A5, his wife had a TT then went to a Porsche Cayenne, then to an LR4 once the family grew.. Mom's the wild card with her 2004 Volvo XC70. Picked it up at the factory in Sweden, and 108k miles later hasn't given her a single problem) I got a 2010 Q7 TDI Prestige in Lava Gray over Limestone leather with air suspension, cold/warm weather packages, 1000w Bang & Olufsen stereo, etc. Awesome car, never gave me a single problem at all. But, the $400, 7-hour oil changes were a bit much so I traded it for a 2012 GC Overland 5.7 in Cherry Red/Saddle. Honestly I don't miss the Audi a bit. The Jeep handles better (the Audi was a diesel, so there was way too much weight in the nose) and has more features than the Audi did. I got vented seats, adaptive cruise, etc., which were all extremely costly options on the Q. There are only a few things I miss about the Audi: 600-ish miles on one tank, the MMI system (finding a song on my iPod using the Jeep's touch screen is time consuming, distracting and dangerous) and the park assist system was worlds ahead of the Jeep's. The GC, in my opinion, is the American Range Rover. Even the sound system in my Overland is great. It's about 75% as good as the speakers in the Audi, and it was standard instead of $6300 extra! I've already put 18k on the Jeep since I bought it in April, and I love it to death (with the exception of the 9-week hassle of getting my QuadraLift failure diagnosed/fixed), but perhaps a 2014-15 Overland Summit CRD is in my future..

Not to bad rap the WK2 but its not the jk kinda having buyers remorse but on the other hand I do enjoy the comfort acceleration and the new challenge that the WK2 brings

Sadly enough, I'm dumping my SRT8 Charger... It's for sale by the way if anyone is interested.

Re: What car are you dumping to make room for your WK2?

I'm trading in my 2009 Infiniti FX35 with about 60,000 miles. Never had a single issue with the car and I was always a fan of the love-it-or-hate-it shark-grin (but I always hated those side vents).

I'm very excited to have the utility of the WK2 and it'll feel good to drive a car built in the USA.

Re: What car are you dumping to make room for your WK2?

I'm still considering trading in my 2008 G37s Coupe (anyone interested?).
(and selling the 2000 Chevy Blazer ZR2 used in winter..)

Would be nice to consolidate.
A used 2012 GC SRT8 is what I'm looking for.
