White is nice and easy to keep clean, hide scratches, also shows up the line of the jeep like silver, also looks good with the Mopar 20 inch black wheels, and black tubular side steps, with the chrome fog light bezel, and chrome mesh inserts.
Just saw an inferno red one at the dealer. I don't like it. It's too girly/lipstick type. Not a sharp sporty red.
I did also see a blackberry, charcoal and black standing side by side. Man, they do nearly look the same. I don't understand why Jeep brings out three colours which look so similar ...and I don't go for these 3 colours because they are difficult to maintain and they do only look good if the car is clean.
I might go for mineral grey even if I need to wait longer.
Yeah, it's definitely not sports car red. (I used to own a '90 bright red mustang who's color Ford termed simply "Bright Red". ) The inferno is a darker red; could probably also call it 'ruby red'. Here's a few pics I took this afternoon of an inferno Laredo. The pics look pretty muchlike what I saw. Note that the sun was only out for the rear end pic.
What color would you like Angel? It seems like you can get pretty much any color excet I guess a light blue. I'm going balls deep with blackberry. It looks glorious.
I'm partial to gunmetal gray but I like a little metal flake in the paint as well. I think this color is pretty close to what I want..... I wish jeep would release them with the BFGs as well.
The dealer that had that red inferno I posted earlier also had two that were in the green. This green is *not* metallic; no flakes in it (that I recall);. Looked almost black because the sun was behind clouds (but not as black as the blackberry can look). There's one pic (the rear end) where the sun is back out...
In the "gunmetal" gray pic at the top, besides the AT tread tires, it has the painted mirrors but with the turn indicators. I think all those are now chrome capped on Limiteds and Overlands.
Those tires look cool as shit. How much do they run? Do they make the ride less comfortable? I have zero jeep, zero SUV expierience and I'm coming from the land of Lexus where the ride is really comfy (thats what I like).

Had a chance to look around this weekend. Inferno looks great in direct sunlight and shade, not as bright as I thought from the pictures. So Inferno it will be, with a black interior. Unless when I see the mineral gray I change my mind.
BTW. I ran into another well informed salesman today. He insisted I was looking at at the new mineral gray color. Looked suspiciously like the dark charcoal pearl to me but who am I to argue.
The ride is fine but anyone who has ever had BFG MTs knows there is no hiding the whine. The car is very quite but you can feel and here the tires. the ATs might be a better choice I wanted something very aggressive. And Yes I will post pictures once I get it out on the rocks and mud.
