That red car? Why, cause he was a single occupancy and went into the HOV lane? If you call that a dick driver you gotta take a trip down I-5 and hang around SoCal for a while lol.

And for the Range Rover, that wasn't road rage he was just trying to not slow down and didn't care if that made you slow down. That's a dick driver, but not road rage. Again, come to SoCal. In LA there are random spots on the road where parking is allowed so you'll be cruising along at 40mph and your lane will disappear with zero notice. People cutting in and out of lanes hopping up the traffic chain all day. I saw an F-450 smash a parked Kia at 40mph, not pretty!

On a side note, can you give me a link to the dash cams you use? The footage is pretty decent. I've never had a dash cam but am interested after watching your footage.

I use a BlackVue DR650GW-2CH. They are Made in Korea and use Sony CMOS sensor.

At least that Mitsubishi driver was using his turn signals, in So. Cal I'm pretty sure the dealership disables those things before you take delivery of the vehicle ;-)

That, and being tax free, is why I choose to import vehicles from OR to CA lol. Even though I live here, people assume I'm just visiting because of my obsessive turn signal use and OR plates

Re: What did you do to your WK2 today?

Rear ended my friend this morning when I was following her. $2,200 repair + her repair. I am glad I don't have to deal with insurance this time.

First, hope you guys are ok and second 2200 seems like a great price for that damage.

Was forward collision avoidance off by chance? Just curious, I know you've had some issues with it. It has literally saved my front bumper twice since getting used to the WK2 (and not paying attention).
