How much of a difference in height did they make? The gf has a bad hip and with running boards and exit height it is ok , but a little lower could go a bit easier. Also where did you get the links , I am sure they wouldn't be too hard of an install , but does it effect the QL at all?

If he installed to the length everyone has been doing its about an inch off the ride height. New measurements in entry/exit mode should be roughly 31" front 32" rear. A little goes along way with these links.

Thanks jonny! It looks a lot better in person than in pictures.

This setup is for 1" lower. Any more might push things relative to alignment and comfort. (suspension travel) Remember, the limits don't change...the replacement sensor links only "fool" the QL system into thinking it's at normal heights when it's actually 1" lower.

Why does the jeep look like its leaning hard to the passenger side? Did you verify the fenders are all level now on flat surface?

Re: What did you do to your WK2 today?

It's not leaning...just lens distortion. And yes it's perfectly level.

Re: What did you do to your WK2 today?

I installed the sump and transmission skid plates from Shield Productions today. I ordered them in diamond plate, and they look great! Here are a couple of pics. You'll see the blood offering in one of them. I also have the full DEF skid plate I installed about a month ago.

Re: What did you do to your WK2 today?

Dropped off my 2011 Overland at the dealership to get my torque converter replaced, picked up a 2015 Limited rental (thanks Lifetime Max Care!). Love all the bells and whistles of the 2015, but love the luxury of my Overland...oh well....no upgrading! I'll wait for a total redesign from Jeep.
