I wonder just how many "lifted vehicles" with huge tires, (the reason many of them are lifted in the first place), are relegated to being parked outside? There just isn't any clearance in most standard garage doors to allow these ultra high vehicles to clear the top of the door. My neighborhood is full of these things weathering away out on the driveways, because they can't park them in the garage. My neighbor has 2, F-350's like this. He's got as much in both of them as he does in his house! You can see how much the paint has deteriorated in the Sun in the last 3 years.

Re: What did you do to your WK2 today?

Starting to do some work with FCA and had a meeting today so I took her where it all began. Had a few head turns driving in/out and in the visitor lot.

I have the rocky road roof rack as well. I have a Yakima wind fairing and it does not seem to work well at all. It vibrates at higher speeds and makes more noise sometimes.
What fairing do you have? do you like it?

I have a Yakima fairing too, however, I went with the oversized fairing (44") and then had to cut to fit my rack. What size do you have?

I've noticed zero noise from the rack or fairing so far, but I haven't been on the highway yet ( trying that out tomorrow). So far, my top speed has probably only been 40mph. Do you want me to report back after I hit the highway tomorrow?

Mine is the 38''. No cutting necessary but the ends would vibrate and rub the car. I don't get much noise at low speeds but it usually happens above 60 or higher.

Moozzie, you are right...I wasnt sure if they would fit as behind the grille I also have 4 big horns (train horn installed)...but the lights fitted real well, and after seeing your pics....I'll get 2 more !...
