But I have "Mod-ed" LED lamps in the fogs and DRLs and lowered with JT's sensor links. I have too many other expensive avocations to be a mechanic, anyway...

Eibach claim 1" front 2" rear. What about magnet and srt ones. Will srt fit normally on wk2 normal suspension. Right now stock I have 4" front and 5.5" rear.
Thanks

Also, I just saw this from Road magnet website. I guess they are broke.

Hello Road Magnet customers,

Over the past 12 years we have met many awesome folks and seen many awesome cars. Though as times change so do companies. As of today Road Magnet will be putting the springs on the shelf and no longer on the streets. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Though we feel it is best to move on to other adventures. We will truly miss the amazing followers we have.

I have had some very good savings in the past by ordering on line and taking somewhere for installation. However if there are issues with say an out of round tire it becomes your hassel and expense not the installer to ship a tire back to place of purchase for a replacement. Of course it depends on your installer and where you bought them on how well that goes, the one I used was not very helpful. I would do it again there is usually no issue but these buy 3 get 1 free deals the dealer runs brings the price very close so that's the route I will probably go the next time.

285/50/20 will make speedo spot on accurate.

The JGC is setup in the computer for 30.6" OEM tire diameter. Any change in the tire diameter by using a different tire size will cause the display to be "inaccurate". That's not saying that the OEM computer setup "is" accurate, but it's the baseline. And unfortunately, it cannot be changed by the dealer. Supposedly, it can be adjusted with the Diablo tuner, but that's an expensive option for most folks.

The over all diameter will be the same as stock. 50 is the one that change the wheel diameter and not 285. 285 is just wider tire and it can't affect speedo.

65 MPH 265/50/20
66.68 MPH 285/50/20

Hardly anything to worry about.

The middle number is a percentage of the width.
It's not the actual size of the sidewall.

I understand that 285=wide/50=high%/20= rim size.

So 50% of 285 is actual the sidewall of the tire.

Also, do you know if I can use srt springs and what the drop " compare to eibach?

Not today, but loaded the family into the Jeep and headed to the north shore for the 4th of July weekend.

How do the Fortera's perform in light duty? Haven't had a chance to try them out.
