I mentioned in a previous post and showed pictures of my new shocks. I've been through my suspension three times now. First was installing OEM SRT coils on all four corners. I also removed load leveling shocks for OEM non load leveling in the rears. After that I pulled the rear coils out and installed Airlift 100 load leveling bags for towing. Now I decided the OEM shocks and struts are not enough support for the OEM SRT Coils. This weekend I spent about 6 hours, on my own, and replaced shocks and struts. I went with the Bilstein 4600 on all 4 corners.
Ya, I can say I am pretty good at tearing up the suspension. I thought it would be a little siffer, but it did remove the bounce that I was feeling, sling shot, if you will.
So like most experienced, the front does come up a bit, i think because the spring perch on these bilsteins has a wring that is about 1/8-1/4 in height. So the stance has changed a bit.
Here are some shots, if they come through.
