Hope you have some all weather mats when tracking all that mud inside.

Actually I didn't have any and had to spend time cleaning that mess when I got home. I also need to get a real shovel as the foldable kind I had broke within the first 5 minutes. I also need to keep some shop towels in the jeep as my hands were pretty muddy too. With all that said, my daughter and I had a great time.

Finished installing my Mopar rock rails (82212157AB). So thankful for all the installation tips on this site! BTW, Mopar hasn't verified fitment of this part number for the 2016 model year but I'm here to tell you they'll fit. It's a PITA, but I don't think that's unique to the 2016's

They look great! I want to get a pair if they fit the Summit.

Re: What did you do to your WK2 today?

Quick question for anyone who knows, I'm thinking of buying some aftermarket 20x10 chrome spider monkey rims. I'm want to mount them on the stock 20 inch forteras which are 20x8 tires. What if any issues will this cause and can these be mounted without any problems whatsover?

I also have a question along that same line. I have Bridgestone Alenzas on the stock 20" wheels on my Overland (I believe 20 x 8). I've been looking at some replica 20 x 8.5 up to 20 x 10 rims. Also have the same question if I can mount the tires on the different sized rims without any extra pieces or issues.

The rim width range for the Fortera is 7.5-9.5", so 20x10 is outside the OEM specification.

Re: What did you do to your WK2 today?

Hmmm that means new tires in order for those spider monkey rims to work. Any tire suggestions with good durability, warranty and a quiet ride?

I can't place exactly where I read it but I think I recall fitment issues with the SRT-8 for sure and possibly the Summit models. I don't know what's so different about the Summit models... I just remember being thankful I didn't have either one in this case and moved on. Wish I could be more help.

Re: What did you do to your WK2 today?

Sold my 2012 Hemi on Saturday and bought a new on the lot 2015 EcoDiesel with 130 miles! Wife and I are very excited as the 15 MPGs I was getting with the Hemi and oversized tires + lift was adding up. Love the torque and it rides amazing.

I had done the x-pipe upgrade on my 2012 and got used to the extra exhaust noise, but this one is so quiet compared to it.
