That's why I said "fixed". I was told the "drainage holes were blocked". So we'll see how it goes next storm.

First time they had to replace the radio, second time they cleaned them out, third and final time they put in larger drain tubes

I hope it is. This was a 09 patriot so hopefully they made improvements. Did you get a lot of water in there or just a small amount ?

Oil change and De-badged the hood. Still have an image of the letters. Hopefully claying will remove it...

Re: What did you do to your WK2 today?

Full Monty Service including front and rear diff fluids, trans fluids, syn oil change, air filter, etc.

Two recalls including sunroof and brake booster.

Paid out of pocket for short-term wiring workaround of faulty TIPM/fuel pump relay despite pending recall, STAR for wiring workaround, and fully paid for MaxCare.

Filed customer case number for TIPM.

Hand washed and waxed my poor vehicle.

Re: What did you do to your WK2 today?

Had the youngster help me wash it...then wash it again...then one more time. Took awhile to wash two days of mud, dust, clay and debris off from 2 days at Jeeptoberfest. Also checked it over for damage, which fortunately was minor this time around. Definitely want to thank the genius who invented skid plates though! Will take off wheels this weekend to do a better cleaning and check for other surprises.

Tape is to avoid white residue on the trim.

Re: What did you do to your WK2 today?

Just purchased a Sharkfin from Visual Garage. Arthur at VG was really helpful.

Should arrive within 2 weeks or so. I'll post pics once received & installed.
