swapped out the splined lugs that were rusting, dropped in some new weathertech mats all the way around and took off the Jeep mud flaps that the pawpaw owner before me had installed. finally got a chance to look underneath the Jeep and happy to see that the aftermarket exhaust is a Magnaflow but not happy to see that the shop did not take the damn bubble wrap off of the canister.
Posting up the SRT replica wheels with 295/45/20 Hankooks up for sale today and replacing it with something a little more my style.
Gotta call from the dealership. They installed a new strut to replace the one that was making noise over sharp bumps (think speedbumps). Then they informed me they discovered a check valve is leaking on the QL system and are overnighting the part from Dallas. I have to wonder if my saga is beginning with this vehicle. I still like it allot though so maybe that will keep my chin up
took the chrome Jeep badge off the from and replaced it with a gloss black one. I am not sure I like the black one. Might just debug the front. Color is Max Steel.
I plasti-dipped mine, it started to peel, I debadged and have a bit of a faded ghost image left. Gonna try to polish it out. If that doesn't work I bought a matte black for like $13. (says it's for wrangler but it looks like the same size)
