You could probably build something like that on your own by using LED pucks and creating the gobos yourself.

Just pick up a set of under-counter lights, print out the Jeep logo in the proper size (it needs to be really small to stay focused at a distance) and trace that onto some sheet copper, then use a Dremel tool to cut it out.

Stick the copper plate over the light and you'll have a nice projected logo. You may have to create a ring to hold the logo plate a little further from the light source to get best clarity. Even better if it screws on so you can use it as a way to focus the image.

We do this same thing in TV all the time, though we use lights that contain a slot designed for inserting gobos along with a knob to focus it to the correct distance.

I really appreciate the response. My son is very handy with his Dremel tool and styrene. He builds a lot of RC crawler parts. This may be something I can turn him loose on. Thanks.

You're better off using something like copper not because of any sort of heat issue (especially using LED pucks), but for resolution. The copper can be very thin (and also easy to cut) and have a nice hard edge vs. styrene that needs more thickness to be opaque and tends to have fuzzier edges when cut.

Remember that a gobo logo is very tiny, like postage stamp size, so even the least little bit of lack of definition in the edges will be amplified ten-fold.

Having said that, you can experiment with styrene to figure out sizing before wasting expensive copper.

Brass would work well, too.

How come you never have a CNC machine around when you need one? LOL.

That's what 3D printers are for that can print in metal....

Having said that, I prefer to refer stuff like that to the shop at work. The guys there do it because they really, really like cutting stuff out of metal...and who really wouldn't?

I had some gusset plates laser cut for my 46' cj2a frame. They were beautiful. I felt awful mucking them up with my lackluster welding skills. 💩👎🏻

Installed our Canvasback cargo liner and Travall pet barrier. I am very happy with the fit and finish of both and the install was super easy. We had Pete at Canvasback cut access holes for the front D ring/tie down points so no cutting was necessary. I would highly recommend both, especially if you travel with your pets.
