Re: What kind of "Freebies" did you get from your dealer?

Full tank of gas and free oil changes for two years I got at purchase...over the past 4 months, I got a new 730N radio installed for free and new seat covers on both the driver and passenger side. The original 730N was bad and the leather seats were showing signs of wear like everyone else that's posted here about the summit interior...I suspect I'll be getting more free seats as time goes on, unless they've switched sources on the seat leather.

Good ole Jones Junction I'm guessing. Despite offering all that, unfortunately, they have already ruined my opinion of them. Their prices on parts for the WK are consistently 30% higher than other Jeep dealers in the area. I also had a bad experience trying to purchase a used WK from them prior to purchase the one I have now. I can only imagine they convinced you your 'deal' was all those things you mentioned above and insisted on charging higher than everywhere else. I will not buy from them when I am in the market for a new GC next year.

You guessed correct. The "deal" I made was in line with others in the area. So far, I haven't had a bad experience .....yet.

their auto butler plus spraying foam inside the door jams? good way to collect water and accelerate rust perhaps.

Re: What kind of "Freebies" did you get from your dealer?

I got the following:

1 year of free oil changes
Roof racks
Slush Mats
Undercoating
Locking lug nuts
Full tank of gas

After I got home I tried to get them to throw in tow hooks but that was just a failed hail marry.

Re: What kind of "Freebies" did you get from your dealer?

I got a great deal but no "freebies" at all. They stood by their word and did everything I asked, including replacing the rear license plate brow which was scratched (and I had custom repainted).

It would have been nice to have had a Jeep hat or coffee mug, but after driving 5 hours just to buy the GC, I was too tired by then to even think of it. The dealership had so much schwag available too!

I'm happy anyway.

Re: What kind of "Freebies" did you get from your dealer?

The days of "pecks" at a dealership is very slowly dying. Soon enough, you will have to prep your own car

When I bought my Jeep, all that I got was a kiss on the cheek and a boot in the ass. OH and I also got a free oil change after I twisted my salesman arm for it. When I bought the Ford, I got full tank of gas AND the dealership ate about 1.5K in cost.

Re: What kind of "Freebies" did you get from your dealer?

In Ontario the "Free" $50.00 worth of gas in the tank gets added onto the Invoice as a line item.

The only freebie I got was the Dealer sticker on the back of the vehicle, which I promptly took off when I got home.

On the other hand, I do get all parts and accessories at dealer cost.
