Re: What options on your GC did you discover weeks after?

I discovered I could remove my crappy RES deck with a Pioneer DVD/Bluetooth/Backup Camera/Sirius deck. Didn't see that anywhere in the owners manual.

Does the Laredo X have this option as standard? I haven't noticed anything like this on mine.

The Aussie Laredo is similar to the Laredo X and we get it standard.

In mine - Twist headlight toggle to Auto mode, then flick high beams on and the Evic says "Auto high Beams on".. they are kinda weird to get used to, pretty cool though

It's on Limited and above. They call it "smart beam headlamps".

[QUOTE=AAAA;561343]The slots between the components on the dashboard stack are great places to stick grocery lists, dry cleaner receipts, lottery tickets and notes.[/QUOTE

I used that spot to place my remote unit of the valentine1 radar detector.stick it with double sided velcro.

Doh! I am not getting this at all. Are you talking about the extension of the piece which holds the 1 inch rod that clips into the roof to keep the visor up? It has about 1 square inch of fabric showing through it.

Re: What options on your GC did you discover weeks after?

Thanks, but.... I'm not really sold on it for that use. It is really tightly clamped to the visor and am afraid that using it as a note clip would loosen it which would not be good for keeping the visor up. I appreciate the dialog, but will keep sticking my notes in the horizontal slots on the center stack despite the messy look.
