Re: What to buy with my 'Customer Appreciation Certificate'?

Has it been confirmed that the only one's getting the gift is if you had the recalls done. I brought my car in for inspection and there were two recalls, but one they didn't have the parts for and the other was the visor one that I passed on, so no gift?

Sorry! but that's not true, No recalls on my 2015 Jeep, I bought the truck in December 2014

O.K. that's good since I didn't have the recall done. Three Jeeps and no certificate, wonder what list (customer base) they're going off of.

This offer could be a random selection, just like many of the $500 new purchase rebate certificates are...

That's a good point, could be a form of research to test customer loyalty/retention.

I've filled out surveys jeep has sent via email. Not sure if that's it. I've done a bunch of them though.

Me too.
Mine was free oil change and $150. I'll be getting the rubber mats.

Re: What to buy with my 'Customer Appreciation Certificate'?

Mine is for $200 on Mopar brand parts and accessories, NOT labor. SILVERMAX above is on to something with his list, though I might choose a cargo mat plus anything else that I can squeeze in the amount provided.

The navigation map update is $149, so I'm considering that as there has been quite a few major road additions and changes since the maps in my 2011 JGC were loaded ( probably 2010 mapping)

I could be wrong, but that's usually sourced directly from HERE (Navteq) and not from Mopar...that's how I had to acquire the last two updates.
