Dealer cost is $400. Don't get steamrolled.

You can't enter the certificate online because the dealerships / vendors have to mail in the certificates that they honor so that they can be reimbursed.

In a nutshell....you pay just for jeeps upfront and mailing the certificate to them will get you a refund to your card used or a store credit?

Not sure about store credit, but they did say they would refund your card once they have the certificate.

If any of you guys are having trouble figuring out what to buy, feel free to send the certificate my way so I can get some slush mats and cargo liner for my new Summit

I got the $200 certificate for my 2011 Overland.

It will be used for front skidplate, TC skidplate, and rear cargo slush mat.

I'll be getting them from the local dealer. Was going to use JustforJeeps but their free shipping over $99 doesn't apply to skid plates.

Re: What to buy with my 'Customer Appreciation Certificate'?

Ordered bunch of maintenance items (filters, wipers) from just for jeeps. Mailed the certificate to them today. Will see how this goes. I see pending charge from them for 153 on my CC so I would imagine they will issue refund once they get the check.

Will post how this goes. Applaud thinking on their part. Makes my life a bit easier and they can make an extra buck.

Re: What to buy with my 'Customer Appreciation Certificate'?

So I spoke to the dealer and he said, you have to have a least 3 recalls to receive a check. I have only two. I asked him if there was another recall on my 2012 Overland and he said no. We laughed and I said, I bet this is the first time you ever heard someone complain that there is no recalls for their Jeep....

Your dealer is mistaken. I got $200 for the brake booster and sunvisor.

Who makes the decision on getting one? The dealer or Chrysler?

I just ordered the intake from JustForJeeps.com and mailed them the certificate. I probably wouldn't have bought a CAI if not for the $200 certificate.
