I don't think so. Your name is on it.

I got the $150 and free oil change. Had the oil change plus one recall done today.

I used the cert on the pedal kit, tow hitch adapter and tow ball since I just installed the hitch.

Have you ever contacted Chrysler to make sure you (and your home address) are the registered owner in their systems? Most dealerships don't seem to do that for us, unfortunately. I've had to do it every time for our vehicles. If you aren't in their system as an owner, you wouldn't get a certificate.

Used our certificate last week for front tow hooks. Our dealership only sells them for about $20 more than what most places online do, so I went ahead and used it for those. Got them installed, and our WK2 looks more like a proper Jeep now.

I never got any certificate, and I bought my 2014 new. Chrysler certainly has my address because I get the recall notices in the mail. Two recalls and counting... perhaps some owners are "more equal" than others (haha).

I actually called Chrysler on this a few days ago since I never got one. I have a 2014 with two recalls, unfortunately if you ONLY have two recalls your out of their matrix for a customer appreciation certificate. I told them I've purchased 3 GCs and the last two had 2 recalls each. Again your "out of the matrix Sir".

Re: What to buy with my 'Customer Appreciation Certificate'?

Does anyone know the exact qualifications for this offer? I found the press release and it states multiple recalls on 2011-2014 model year Chryslers. Multiple is typically more than 2. The year range is pretty clear. But other than that, does anyone know which recalls, when they needed to have been completed by, if you're some how listed as a preferred customer based on # of service visits to Jeep provided they keep this info in a database. Any info would be helpful. Still trying to determine why I didn't get one and if I was even entitled. Thanks all.

I got slush mats for my girlfriends Compass and had enough left over for one oil filter and a set of front wiper blades for my Grand Cherokee.
