JS, what kind of use are you thinking of? If it's normal stowage on anything other than an extreme slope, any generic rubber chock will be fine, hell we use 2x2's, 4x4's, and logs out here in the country.
^for tire changes, the cheapest generic rubber or plastic chocks you can get at any auto parts store or target are fine. both will stay still on blacktop or concerete if you give 'em a kick under the tire.
if you are changing out a whole set of wheels and tires for winter then I'd recommend a medium/heavy duty rolling jack vs. using the stocker in the trunk which is best for on road emergencies though it'll do if you're in a pinch. the aftermarket jacks are relatively inexpensive for the ease and peace of mind. i can change my winter set out in 15 minutes in the driveway with one.
