Re: Which running boards to you like better?

Between the two, I prefer the first set. But overall I prefer the "bar" type like those shown on the second site (also viewed).

Re: Which running boards to you like better?

Man, such a hard decision. the only reason I am not so much of a fan of the bars is the amount of space in between the bottom of the door/the bracket and the tube itself.

Man, decisions decisions..

Re: Which running boards to you like better?

Depends on what trim level you have. If you have one with chrome I would go with the second one. If you don't, I would go with the first one.

I have the base Laredo E Group (need to update my signature) so I am leaning towards that one.

Oh, and as a side note, I noticed you have a 93 hog. I have a 1991 FLSTF customed to the hilts as well. Nice choice in rides my friend, nice indeed!

I think I prefer the ones from the second link, wish i could see more pics of them. How are you getting them cheaper than what they are listed?

I bought a few things from the first vendor and because of that and the fact that I am picking them up she reduced the price. As for the second vendor, they just simply said that they would match the price since they are basically the same item (just a different grip pattern)

The second set reminds me alot like Kuryakyn running boards.

Re: Which running boards to you like better?

That I couldn't tell you. I assume that there have been no changes to the undercarriage but in could be wrong. Also, if you have skid plates, then I think that could be an issue.

Make sure they fit your MY 2014.

If so, the second one. Definitely, the second one.
