Isn't jeep offering a 1000 rebate on the hemi though? I saw it on their website. Granted, if I was planning on buying a hemi I would just get the diesel because of efficiency

Re: which would you pick?

Just bought our 2014 today!

I will tell you...just driving home with the radar cruise, I wouldn't buy another one without it. VERY cool!

Yes, there is a $1,000 rebate on the HEMI. What I don't know is if this rebate also applies to leasing. When using "build & price", it doesn't show up on the lease-numbers of the HEMI.

A lease on the Diesel seems quite attractive now after the recent adjustment of the higher residual value. The Diesel is now only $20/month more than the gas V6. So over a 36 month lease-term, you only pay about $700 for an engine that has a $5,000 higher MSRP. Not too bad...

Re: which would you pick?

Just drove 120 miles with the tech package. Get the tech package. Its awesome, cruise set at 80, hit slow traffic with speeds down to 5-10MPH, never touched the gas or brake once. I'm sold on this technology. Luckily we have a lot of trips coming up in the next couple months to enjoy it.
