Yeah, the only exclusive option I wish I could on the Laredo but can't is the vented seats. Everything else, I don't really care that much about, or don't even really want. (I also don't want the moon roof.)

Re: Why would anyone buy the Limited?

because of "limited" budget.... Actually my dealer said the same thing. I got the overland because I think Jeep made an error on pricing or the earlier ones are discounted because they are missing something.

Was it like that for previous years?

Re: Why would anyone buy the Limited?

I got the Limited w/a V6 because I did not want the quadra lift and don't like the logo on the Overland seats (too big). The only option I ordered was the 730N radio. The base Limited is loaded and had the one feature I really wanted which is the larger sunroof.

Re: Why would anyone buy the Limited?

I never saw the "big to do" about the overland the more I see it, the more I wouldn't want it and the more I would want the basic Lardio.

Re: Why would anyone buy the Limited?

I, for one, wanted to go with the Laredo. However, I wanted the panoramic sunroof and the Select Terrain (but no more). By the time I added the x pkg, roof, and off road 1, I was only a little off the Limited.

I could justify a little more for the Limited, but not the additional jump to the Overland.

Re: Why would anyone buy the Limited?

Because Overland's are a lot like Unicorns, only a few have seen them, and less have been able to catch one in the config they prefer.

Re: Why would anyone buy the Limited?

I just never liked wooden interior details. Always felt this is more for old people. Sorry sorry guys. I know most of you are saying that it makes the interior appear more luxury, just not in my world. I like the black appliances from the Laredo X more.

Re: Why would anyone buy the Limited?

Wanted leather, double pane sunroof, nav, xenons and the like.

Actually wanted the V6 and no luxury group (what says mall cruiser like the beeping trunk going up). 20's are sweet, but I can spend $1095 better than on rims. Same for the QL. Paid just over $36k for the car. Seemed like good reasons to buy one.

Re: Why would anyone buy the Limited?

Ordered the Limited with V8, Lux Gp II, Tow Gp IV, Adaptive Cruise Pkg for 41,500. Didn't want Quadra Lift, 20", logo on seats. Wood on steering wheel looks good but felt too thick on Oland.

Re: Why would anyone buy the Limited?

I thought about purchasing a limited just so I could drive one off the lot that day, but the heated steering wheel alone made it worth upgrading to the overland. Im from Miami, now living just outside of DC. I dont do cold well.
