Window Sticker Discrepancy

So when I bought my Jeep a few weeks ago I noticed that the window sticker didn't mention anything about the audio system. While others said 9 speaker or 6, the one I purchased didn't say anything. My Jeep does have 8 speakers and the sub. Is this normal that the window sticker is missing equipment? Since I have the 9 speaker system that means it is Alpine, correct?

Can't really read that sticker, but it sounds like you have the Alpine setup...especially since you have the sub

I believe you are correct on that, 'bones.

Awesome. I actually had no idea there was a speaker on the dash lol so then it's actually 9 speakers plus the sub making 10 total?

Just for the heck of it, try this...

Go in and set your equalizer to the settings you like. Then the next time you start your vehicle, turn up your radio volume so you can really hear the music. Does it still sound the same?

Go back into your equalizer and press the bass control up or down one notch, then put it back to your original setting. Notice any improvement in sound?

If you do then you have the "wake up the equalizer" glitch. You'll need to do that procedure every time you start the vehicle.

Don't know why or what's causing it but a few of us are experiencing this weird issue.

Yep - the window stickers don't list everything especially things that are standard or are lumped in a package. Best bet is to get a build sheet that lists everything.
