I installed them myself over the summer. I used a relay harness (slightly modified) and one error code eliminator. If you take your time and pay attention to what your doing I would rate the install a 7 out of 10 (10 being the hardest). I come from installing car audio for 5+ years. So for me it was really nothing I haven't done before. It was more learning how to get the front end apart without breaking anything. I did manage to break two clips.... one on the upper portion of the grille (underneath) and one for the passenger side fender flare. The fender flare one I repaired with epoxy (very fragile clips) and the grille clip I left alone. Mainly because it had no effect on fit of the grille once everything was back together.
I pulled the front bumper and each headlight housing off the body to really be able to hide and run the wiring to my standards. I also swapped my grille inserts (black overland inserts) at the same time, being the bumper was off the car already.
I've used DDM in my past two cars (one being an '08 WK) and now my wife's '13 Altima and my '14 Altitude. Tons of people across all car/truck forums online swear by DDM... I would never go anywhere else for HID. Just my opinion.
