Thanks - just the kind of information I am looking for. Do you have a recommended vendor? Just a Binswanger or other similar reputable glass dealer, or is there a specific automotive one? Sorry for all of the questions. Have been over in the sand for 6 years and have not bought a car since 2000. Thanks.

Depending on where you live, there are companies that just do wrap and also some tint guys are getting into it. I had a guy back in FL but no one yet out in CO. You may have to call around or google for companies in your area.

Also, if you are feeling adventurous, there are companies that sell kits online. I've never really been good with that kind of stuff though.

Best option would be getting it professionally painted and cleared.

Re: WK2 Altitude Edition pictures and questions!

Hey Altitude and bofa, my Jeep came straight to the house today. Kids cheered the arrival and neighborhhod men are hiding their wives! Seriously I can't say enough great things about Kirk Carpenter and Bellevue Jeep in Nebraska. Kirk was on the phone with us (via uconnect of course) for about an hour taking us through all the functionalities. Now I'm worried the wife likes it too much. Thank you again for the referral. Killer price and amazing service. Off to the mountains with the Jeep and family tomorrow. Should be a lot of fun. Cheers.

Congrats man! I'm still waiting to hear when mine will be in. How long does it really take a train to move from MI to CO?

In related news, my HIDs and LEDs already arrived. Mud guards should be here in the AM.

That's great news, just in time for the holiday weekend. Those guys at Bellevue Jeep are top notch. Must have been pretty exciting to see the truck driving up with it.
Glad to have helped, Toyo.

Now, post some pics will ya? LOL

WK2 Altitude Edition pictures and questions!

Ours made it off the train but will be sitting at the rail yard until there is a full load to go to the dealer. Our friend that works at the train yard got some pictures at least. ImageUploadedByJeepGarage1417017483.214161.jpgImageUploadedByJeepGarage1417017509.460687.jpg

I just got word that it will be in Friday so I should have it by Friday night.

For the HID/LEDs, I went through XenonDepot. I've ordered from them in the past and they are also a vendor here. There are some pretty good deals going right now.

XenonDepot - Jeep Garage - Jeep Forum

I went with the Xtreme 5K HIDs and 5K LEDs for the highs and fogs.
