Very interesting.. looks like the WJ runs at a higher evap temperature than the usual Chrysler AC..

At any rate, that low-side pressure is not far enough off to be a problem (I think) .. low pressure cutout should be around 20PSI..

The high-side pressure will be interesting to see.. wonder if you're getting a high-pressure cutout..

What exactly happens when you start with the engine running and A/C off, then turn on the A/C? does the compressor run for a while before going into the 4-second cycle, or does it immediately start the dance?
Are you testing with the blower on high and the windows open?
