Coolant Drain & Flush On 2015 JGC HEMI Models?

Has anyone looked into this? I'll admit to not being enthusiastic enough to crawl around underneath, examining how difficult this is going to be. I wondered if anyone has done it yet? I don't believe in leaving coolant in my engine for 100,000 miles, anymore than I do leaving engine oil in it for 15,000.

I'm just wondering if it's a simple, straightforward procedure? Out here in the desert, I'm in the habit of draining and flushing out the cooling system every 2 years, regardless of mileage. I believe it really helps in preserving everything associated with the entire system. I like doing it myself, because I know it will be done properly, with no shortcuts.

On my 1991 Ford F-150, I'm still running the original heater core after 25 years. And the radiator is 18 years old and still going strong. So I plan to maintain my old habits on my new Jeep. I just wondered if any high mileage drivers out there have done it yet, and can clue me in on the difficulty? If in fact there is any.
