Right Rear tail light/Brake light problem

My Tail light and Brake light dont work on my right side, but my blinker and reverse light work . All other lights work.
Already replaced the bulbs. Is this a fuse possibly ? Any solutions/ideas greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Re: Right Rear tail light/Brake light problem

Not sure if the WK's have them, but in my ZJ there's a Lamp Outage Module (L.O.M.) in the rear quarter panel, drivers side, that fried & caused similar issues. Unplugged the harnesses for the lights from the l.o.m. & plugged the harnesses together. BAM, working brake/tail lights. HTH

In a wk the brake and tail can be affected by three 10 amp fuses in a black box under the hood.

Three red 10 amp fuses. Check all 3. Likely that 1 is blown.

that may not apply, i see you have an 06. I have an 08. check the fuses under the hood in either case.

Re: Right Rear tail light/Brake light problem

Same diagram as i have under my hood. I replaced the 3 red fuses(1 blew). My brake light works now, the only thing not working is my tail light. Im thinking it may be the (lamp fuse) (black box like fuse right below the 3 red fuses). When i activate my lights i hear a click, when i removed the fuse none of my rear lights worked, thinking its this black box fuse type thing.?

Could try switching the two bulbs and see if the problem follows. Also see if it is seated well without corrosion. Do you use bulb grease? I know you already replaces but it helps to eliminate all possibilities before it gets real expensive.

Re: Right Rear tail light/Brake light problem

The problem was a bad wire, located up by the front passenger side.
Thanks for the help!
